Unfortunately, I failed again. Here are my insights. I believe these are not far from my previous insights on weight loss.
- You need good motivation to lose weight. To prove to myself that I can do this project again. To help other fat people to lose weight. This were my 2 main reasons when I started this project. Unfortunately, it only jump-started my efforts. Both weren’t good enough to keep me going.
- Weight-loss is a conscious effort. I started gaining weight when I got really busy with work, which was when I got back from Christmas break. My last blog entry was before the break. This blog kept me focus. So when I stopped blogging, I also stopped losing weight.
- Exercise is crucial. I lost weight more on weeks I worked out at least 3x that week.
I may have failed this time, but I will try again! I don’t know how long will I get to my ideal weight, but I’ll get there!
