Ben Alegre =.) Body (a.k.a. Project 140) is Benedict Alegre’s health & fitness project. His primary goal is to weigh 140 lbs. in 17 weeks. That means he needs to lose 34 pounds; losing 2 lbs. per week. This is his 2nd attempt to finish the project.

Starting Weight: 174 lbs. or 79 kgs.
Target End Date: March 3, 2008 (Monday)
Target End Weight: 140 pounds or 63.6 kilos.
Ben’s progress will be closely monitored by his friend, Allan Vistan. Just so you know, Allan used to be a very skinny guy. Now he’s a buff! (Before & After pics of Mr. Vistan to be posted soon). Moreover, Allan will also be his personal trainer in this project. Allan will set rules & create workout programs for Mr. Alegre.
He has already lost weight before - from 210 lbs. to 152 lbs. He gained weight and weighs 174 at the start of this project. Will Benny weigh 140 lbs. at the end of this project?
